Built 1879 by Mayor T. A. Flewellen and his wife, who was daughter of a pioneer minister. Flewellen was a Civil War soldier, merchant. Has housed a school; was first house in Longview to be made into apartments. Bought 1920 by Eason Family. Recorded Texas Historic Landmark - 1967
